Remember, under federal law, there are 7 protected classes for renters; however, under Nevada law, there are 10¹:

  • race
  • color
  • religion
  • sex
  • handicap
  • familial status
  • national origin
  • ancestry
  • gender identity or expression
  • sexual orientation
